The goal of Woodwinds @ Wallowa Lake is to provide a high quality chamber music camp for middle and high school woodwind players.

What: Experience 7 days of intense professional instruction with members of the  Oregon Symphony Orchestra and other professionals. Camp includes theory & music history, student performances and FUN in the heart of the Wallowa Mountains.

How Much:
$550.00 per camper (French Horn players may attend both camps for $935; if you are interested in both Camps, you must sign up using the Brass Camps Registration form.)

How: For cases of extreme need, ask about scholarship opportunities

A day at Camp includes:

  • Master Class Ensembles of like instruments
  • Music Theory at a level that fits the student
  • Music History
  • Mixed Woodwind Ensemble master class
  • Recreation & Activities include hiking, paddle boating, canoeing, horseback riding, miniature golfing, group games and team work excercises
  • Supervised Individual Practice
  • Dancers, Drummers and Dreamers (c)
